From Hanoi to Phong Nha: Vietnam by Motorbike - 🇻🇳 Ep. 4

Welcome back to our adventure series! In this exciting episode, we leave the bustling streets of Hanoi and head south to explore the enchanting coastal regions and the mesmerizing caves of Phong Nha.

🌟 Today’s Episode: Join us on the first day of the New Year! After a fun yet crowded New Year's celebration at Hanoi's beer strip, we savored our last meal in the city at Little Hanoi, renowned for its delightful dishes. With our bellies full, we hopped on our bike, heading to the coastal city of Sam Son.
🏠 Unexpected Detours: Our plans took a twist upon reaching Sam Son, where we found ourselves in what seemed like a ghost town. The adventure got even more intriguing when our supposed hotel turned out to be completely deserted. Deciding against staying in a ghostly hotel, we traveled to the nearby city of Tan Hoai for the night.
🛣️ On the Road: After an unexpected hotel switch, we made a quick stop at an official Honda dealership for some essential bike maintenance before continuing our journey towards the stunning cave-filled region of Phong Nha.
🌿 Exploring Phong Nha: Arriving in Phong Nha after a long ride, we checked into a cozy homestay with a welcoming swimming pool. The next day, despite the rain, we embarked on an unforgettable cave exploration tour, facing mud, leeches, and rivers, and ended our day with a well-deserved dinner back at the homestay.
