Don’t look at the timestamp. 😂 Yes, I definitely have a lot on my schedule and commonly work 12+ hour days M - Th. But I work Friday on podcasts and SL the most, and I take “phone breaks” from Friday pm thru Sunday to stay sane most weeks. Sometimes that also includes getting unplugged in the forest or doing things where I can remove myself from decision-making roles and go with the flow. 🩵
