Russ and Marian Morash are pioneers in so many ways-through television, gardening, restaurants, and cookbooks. They are the 2020 recipients of the K. Dun Gifford Award at The Readable Feast. This award, named for Oldways’ founder, is given to a New Englander who has positively affected our local foodways.
