Sometimes still needs to mix exercise with a healthy diet. However, with work stress, sometimes it be hard for one to ensure a proper diet and regular meals.

Something Edmund said resonates. It works best if we make exercise a lifestyle rather than a chore. For me it feels off if I miss a daily exercise session. I also hope everyone can educate themselves on the specific benefits that correlate with specific exercise types. This will lead us to realise we can’t rely on just a couple of exercises to meet all the requirements necessary for ageing. Do start as young as possible so you figure out what works for you sooner rather than later, when you won’t recover from injury as well. Age related decline happens slowly but manifest into observable issues typically when we are old, so better to mitigate them when we are still young. Unfortunately I’ve seen enough instances of elderly who exercise as part of rehab but never fully recover.

Typical doctor giving typical advise, is he looking into food science ;) My Healthy plate and nutri-grade labels are useless.. still follows kcal IN = kcal OUT.. so backdated 😅 furthermore, no one talks about vegetable seed oils, gluten, plant sterols, etc. If there’s cholesterol involved, the health authority still believes high cholesterol is dangerous, yet complains about low fertility rates 😂

@@bloomrSG it’s not helping, I’ve seen too much chronic diseases cases, they are merely managing their issues by introducing more and more meds.. What people need is the right science and proper food knowledge (I meant real nutrition). It hurts me when doctors say X disease is incurable, whereas other countries have reversed them virtually in weeks or months 🥹😰
