People lives are individual and unique, but listening to Trevs' story/ journey, shows how if you trust and believe in yourself, with positive intent, amazing adventures and experiences await. I found this interview absolutely fascinating, and cannot wait to here the "100s" of other stories he has to tell. Write the book!!! Thank you The Central Club for putting him on. It was an hour and a half long, but truly I could have easily listened to him talk about his adventures for double that.

Great to hear this man's story. Identified with a lot of Trevor's desire to just get out there a live, live the life of adventure. I believe it's just in some people; a breed apart. I too had the total chronic fatigue a few years back; that was really scary; I though I was would never be myself again. But looking back on it now, it was just the body shutting down after so many years of constantly being on the move. Took me a good few months to be able to function again I don't rack up the countries like Trevor but I just get bored after a few weeks of Blighty. Good to know there's others out there like Trevor. Many of the my comtemporaries of the early 80s never made it out of their 20s and were found frozen or lost their minds to Datura; and many more stayed with the drink and never made 50. Me, I'm clean and sober nearly 60, living on a beach in Brazil. Respect to all the travellers out there. A breed apart.

Very similar story to Tevs in my life got out of the violance in my early twenties after constantly getting arrested at nearly every game! Decided my only way out was to travel. Got heavily into the rave scene and ended up in the Parvatti valley in the Indian foothills living the life of a hippy for 2 and half years Always respected Newport for their small numbers, in my opinion no one could match them with such a small mob! Trevor is a lovely humble guy who has a lot of stories to tell! Game has they come and held in high regard and respected and also very friendly with alot of Swansea's older lads! I remember trev from Queens comprehensive school, we were in the same class. And i remember him back then i used to think this boys crazy, because he was only around 13/14 and he used to let the six formers punch him in the stomach to see if it would hurt him. I think the guy got a stomach of steal because nobody ever did. I remember trying myself once and nearly broke my hand. Nice to here about how people's lives have panned out after your paths have crossed. 👍
