Great video, was excited to see remo About the edits, I feel like pretty frequently the images displayed on screen didn’t correspond with what was said? For example Remo mentioned bw bicep curls and instead a picture of normal, dumbbell curls was shown. Idk, just thought to mention it, because it threw me off a bit

if you learn it without paralets, you can do it with paralets. you dont need paralets, it makes it easier

Hey bro, can you make this type of video on someone who learned Planche slower. Its impossible to learn Full Planche in 9 months for the averege person. Would like to hear from someone who learned it in 4-10 years like us mortals
