It takes that same village to empower the child as an adult, for them to be successful on their endeavors in life. The only thing greater than this performance, is the fact it’s performed by a complete multitude of different ethnicities, and backgrounds. Bravo. The world needs to watch it.

I was about to post this and your comment was already here. It’s what I love about music. It knows no boundaries and can bring everyone together - no matter our backgrounds. Kudos to this director for bringing this diverse group together and showing everyone what the country should and could look like if we just stopped bickering long enough to appreciate one another for who we are. Very well done.

Im glad you took the skill they had and made it all about what they look like. Forget merit or ability it is all about them quotas.

and that's how you can spot a racist mind people, has to mention something, literally I thought nothing of it (who was performing) and you bring up that t has all "different" people .. ffs we're all human, just enjoy watching it without having to try and seperate

Gimba 89 you missed the entire point. It’s a video of course you’re going to see who is singing. It’s refreshing to see people from different backgrounds sharing a common craft instead of fighting each other in the streets. Lighten up, Francis.

I saw the sun begin to dim And felt that winter wind Blow cold A man learns who is there for him When the glitter fades and the walls won't hold 'Cause from then, rubble One remains Can only be what's true If all was lost Is more I gain 'Cause it led me back To you From now on These eyes will not be blinded by the lights From now on What's waited till tomorrow starts tonight Tonight Let this promise in me start Like an anthem in my heart From now on From now on I drank champagne with kings and queens The politicians praised my name But those are someone else's dreams The pitfalls of the man I became For years and years I chased their cheers The crazy speed of always needing more But when I stop And see you here I remember who all this was for And from now on These eyes will not be blinded by the lights From now on What's waited till tomorrow starts tonight It starts tonight And let this promise in me start Like an anthem in my heart From now on From now on From now on And we will come back home And we will come back home Home, again! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home, again! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home, again! From now on! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home, again! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home, again! And we will come back home And we will come back home (yes!) Home, again! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home, again! From now on! These eyes will not be blinded by the lights! From now on! What's waited till tomorrow starts tonight! It starts tonight! Let this promise in me start Like an anthem in my heart From now on! From now on! From now on! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home again! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home again! And we will come back home And we will come back home Home again! From now on From now on Home again! (Ooh ooh) From now on From now on Home again! Penulis lagu: Justin Paul / Benj Pasek

I love it how when Ignacio starts his power verse at around 3.15, Jocelyn, the other power voice at 4:48 is watching him and smiling so broadly...you can tell she just enjoys his performance as we all do, and being a part of it too! It's wonderful how wonderful singers appreciate each other and how each one's voice adds to the full experience...I love this group!
