We all get a short time on this planet, John really made the most of his. Still an amazing film. Thank you Alun for capturing the magic for the rest of us. RIP John.

I was walking in Nepal on the Annapurna circuit & saw them launch. I was in the middle of "nowhere" & was floored seeing paragliders & only years later made the connection. Heard from paragliding friends that John was a great human

I bought the full video years ago. Fantastic adventure. Forget the guys with wingsuits, this is real flying.

I rescued John when he was in a coracle in the Afon Rhythallt at Gym-y-Glo. I had to launch a canoe with my very young kids to get him. His forward speed was at least 2-3 knots against a roaring current of say 4. Proper touch and go life or death stuff. There was also quite bright sunshine and no one had any sun cream. The now world famous 'Cym-y-Glo Coracle Rescue Team' had effected its first dramatic rescue. To date he is the only person rescued by the Team who remain on permanent standby whenever we are up there. No member of the Team has ever accepted any bravery award although no doubt we all deserve one...........I am still sad to see you gone John RIP My Friend XXXX

Any chance this film could be re-released as a digital download? I'd happily pay to watch again.

It's really incredible the way he fly his wing, so easy like a bird, the moment when he gains altitude over the village is amazing and after rovering that montains. I did watch it many times and always love it. This is a sport which provide us so many experiencies, makes us feel alive trough its adrenalin... Congratulations....
