I love these kinds of KZbin clips featuring little hidden Japanese countryside gems. Thank God for this age of variety. Anybody can pick up a camera and film something interesting and inspiring from their ordinary lives and via the magic of the internet, we can all share in it.

I love the appeal of hidden countryside restaurants. All the hard work really pays off. Like the chef stated as long as his body will allow him to work. The couple do seem to work in harmony. I hope they are able to keep up the amazing work and fresh noodles are also a big factor. Everything looked delicious. Thank you for another great video.
