Seen a few of these style eateries in both Japan and South Korea and the small batch cuisine paired with the friendly atmosphere n cozy appeal hardly ever fails. The menu while not overly complex is brought fresh n well thought out with that essence of home cooking done by a chef obviously lovin what he has created. Truely food made with love and maybe a few drinks dont hurt either.

It would be so nice to gather people from overseas saying thank you to all the passionate people shown on this channel. Like gather them all together one day and show them how the world appreciates all their efforts! It would be such a nice idea

Very interesting and quite inspirational, the son and grandson to want to continue with the family craft. Unfortunately, in Australia, if it is "hot ,heavy or hard most youth aren't interested in this type of work.

It's so quiet in the school and while they're cooking. You would never be able to hear sizzling of any kind in American schools haha.

Japanese people are so cute and respectful, the world would be a better place if we were more like them.
I know that the Japanese have an aversion to body art because of the connection to Yakuza. But one cannot deny the absolute beauty such tattoos display.. In my opinion it is the most beautiful in the world. Kirei desu.

We aren't retarded you don't have to specify they aren't yakuza everytime you feature a japanese chef with tattoos! You do this with every video I assume it's for clicks but it's just stupid.

Free nutritious food and daily "freshly" baked bread, orderly, CLEAN, organized, SAFE and free shelter, this is actually better than many so called FREE worldly citizens out there. Crazy.
