I think mentioning your culture and cast, the reason of illiteracy of girls is not the main reason, Baloch womnen were the part of every social gathering even Baloch women had fought battles in history, But as you mentioned illiteracy of girls i understand that is due Islamic extremism in kharan as well as in Balochistan which was brought by Pakistani state on us and we are now entrapped in it.... Mentioning culture and Baloch Qom as main reason is totally wrong... And i can give you examples of it, You can see makuran girls who are allowed what they want to do in life, The reason is there is less Islamic extremism in Makuran,
