Instead of Giving Traditional Education that old redundant Honors such as political science, History, economics, Botany , etc More Skill Oriented Colleges/ institute should come in Nagaland creating Miseries after an Average students gradtutes. 🎉

Unless and until you are from top level B colleges you will slog your ass out but with less return in corporate secs. Skill training and growth and development may be an added bonus but I should say that crack CAT,XAT or the less MAT exam and get into a reputed college provided you get a good score throughout the sem so that you get placed in a good company in the last sem with a good PPA so to say 12-20LPA which is decent .

To my knowledge we too have full fledged corporate establishment in Nagaland but in respect of salary package in our city falls under ‘C’ category which is lesser to ‘A’ & ‘B’ city category but incentives structure are same with all the above city category.
