What's actually in your drugs? This The Feed investigation from 2019 traces the production of MDMA - from cook to consumption.
We follow the origins of the precursor chemicals, find out where the drugs are 'cooked', and how they get into the hands of Australian dealers and punters.
While governments in Australia crack down on festival-goers, are they making life too easy for chemical companies and international crime syndicates to profit?

Since all the problems associated with MDMA are due not to the drug itself, but the regulatory status of the drug, the solutions are pretty obvious to intelligent folks. Let the chemical be produced by real professionals in a a regulated lab, and let the kids take pills that they know are actually MDMA. No crime, no violence, no improper chemical disposal, and no poisoning of young people with things that are not MDMA.

that is why legalization is the way of reducing the risk for consumers

19:48 *"Huge parties every night, people taking pills... it's fun and they are having their funny life... that is, in my opinion, totally unacceptable."* < Why, exactly? They're having fun and minding their own business, they aren't out causing trouble.

State produced pharmaceutical grade party substances will destroy the black market; increase revenue; offer greater harm reduction; and, reduce alcohol use which incurs the second largest drug related cost on society behind tobacco.

I am 69 years old and an old raver, I have used many types of pharmaceutical over the years from opiates to amphetamines to LSD,Ket and dope, and if I had to have a drug of choice it would be ecstasy, it is such a nice drug to take, you are not to far out of it, you are not violent and you have the energy to really enjoy yourself, if they have to legalise any recreational drug then MDMA should be the one and not weed

the war on drugs isn't going away. Embrace drugs and safe usage. Every drug has a purpose, it is when people cannot be safe around drugs that trouble arises. This goes for everything btw from md to heroin

Legalise it. Have pharmaceutical companies manufacture it for quality and harm reduction.Sell it in pharmacy’s like prescription drugs. Tax it. Suppliers of the raw materials, equipment etc and their employees will have better work conditions and pay…. Spend more on education for children as part of the education system, not just a campaign or guest speaker once a year… You can’t stop people doing drugs. All you have to do is look at the global drug trade the amount it generates, even without legal trade infrastructure and having to smuggle it all… Fighting criminal gangs is like being in a war zone and throwing Haribo or M&M’s at a Tank… and with the greatest respect to all the people around the world in the various anti-drug units, who get up every day to fight this fight, this war, in my humble opinion, can’t be won, as long as the those who benefit financially from the manufacture and proliferation of weapons, are not included in the solution and accountability process.

I also hope the Australian government will be smarter and give the people more education on drugs like we did here in Holland. So people know what dosage to take and how to watch out for certain bad signs.

Pills from Holland are top quality. But any Australians watching this please test them. By the time they arrive in your country they might have been changed. Cut up and pressed into new ones mixed with bad things.

Its now even worse. The drug its crazy cheap now. The only way is when we legalize all drugs, so we can get pure drugs without harming the environment and without criminals involved

Always same story. War on drugs brings crooks to the business. Just free the market and let people decide as adults!

Sounds to me like leagalizing/regulating these substances would solve the vast majority of your problems huh. The drug war is not a war on drugs. It’s a war on people.

Seven freaking years for a relatively small amount, that is totally insane O_o In Germany he wouldn't even face jail time. Australia is pretty backwards regarding drugs

It would seem as though decriminalization/legalization would eliminate a lot of problems of crime, pollution overdose and poisoning. Some people are just trying to treat their PTSD, depression, terminal illness anxiety and other conditions and don't need the nanny state to get in the way.

18:45 Half a million euros a day. That's not even close to how much the manufacturer was paid. Mr anti everything here is referring to possible street price. The manufacturer might have seen €5k per day. Maybe.
