For me, some of what she's saying is somehow contradictory. My monthly contributions for healthcare here in the Netherlands monthly is over €210, which is more than half my monthly house rent. Healthcare in Netherlands doesn't come cheap. Those kids in the streets of Ghana are not necessarily Ghanaians.
