For food it's very different outside Nairobi. People bargain all the time and you buy in kilos. Most sellers in Nairobi are retailers that is why you pay per item. We have chicken soups and beef soups. Our soups are just natural but very healthy and tasty. But we also have packaged soups from supermarkets in powder form. We have powdered milk too, you just have to know the brands but yes it less than liquid milk. Welcome to Kenya and I hope you will end up loving it as you continue to learn more things about Kenya. The reason why majority don't like pepper in Kenya is because we like to only season but mostly we love the natural taste of well cooked food.

Hello lovely lady, love the video.❤❤❤ We dont call it "soup", we call it "stew". We have chicken stew, goat stew, beef stew, matumbo/tripe stew (Nigerians call it shaki), not forgetting beans(sometimes in coconut cream), greengrams and lentil stews we have liver stew, different types of fish stews (tilapia, nile perch, omena e.t.c)...... All the meat stews are available in both dry fry and wet fry. Maybe if you went to a restaurant that serves buffet you might sample some of these. P.s i LOVE Nigerian food alot! Karibu Kenya❤
