Give your life to God and it will eventually led u free from the addiction... Go to Rehab for atleast 2-3 months and pray continuously... Nothing is impossible with God

First you have to change your friends circle, do not attend phone calls even if you get free invitations and don't go out if possible for a time being. If necessary for work purposes, allow someone from your family or your close friend who is sober to guide you while going out and make sure you return home without having to spend time elsewhere. Take bath daily, maintain sleep for 6-8 hours. Keep in touch with God by praying and spending time reading bible verses for half an hour daily. Also sleep and get up on time, maintain your diet 'food' time table without skipping a day. Try to attend NA 'Narcotics Anonymous' or AA 'Alcoholic Anonymous' class daily. Even if you happen to go out during festive seasons make sure you don't consume any drugs or alcohol substances even if its just a small amount cause thats how we relapse every time thinking it won't harm us. Use white lies, assuring them you're under medication due to health issues and such. Try to keep a goal set every morning and try to achieve that, remember it start with one day at a time to stay sober. Lastly, it start with yourself so if you are wiling to quit and achieve long lasting sobriety, pray and fasting is helpful and second thought management is your key point so hope this helps brother. Stay strong and wishing you success in life 👍🏻
