First breakfast (a heavier meal with a focus on proteins and savoury flavours), second breakfast (a lighter meal with a focus on sweet flavours such as scones), elevensies (more of a snack, really, with soups, cakes and tarts), luncheon (the largest meal of the day), tea (just your favorite cakes, biscuits, or other treats with a good tea or coffee), dinner (a light course, with a focus on proteins and starches) and supper (a heavier meal that focuses on richness of flavours, the book has this amazing stewed coney with dumplings that I HIGHLY recommend).

A random find at the dollar store at some point in my life graced me the comic called "Common Grounds" about a coffee diner where heroes and villains agree to a truce because they make good coffee. And I remember one of the episodes in the comic consisted of a hero and his arch nemesis needing to take a massive dump in stalls next to each other in the diner. I also remember there being a support group for overweight heroes, a guy who special makes donuts for the giant kaiju monsters who can't fit in the diner, and a rabbi priest called 'The Acidic Jew' who dissolves everything he touches.
