Hi I'm Deitra from Waco TX. I found you accidentally, maybe not could be God. I'm 63 and on so much meds. I know in my heart that I must change or die ! So I am going to start growing my food, live where I can but not sure what to do first. God first, learning how to use food to heal my body and taking responsibility for what and who I'm listening to. Thanks

😮When I lived in Waco (actually Marlin 1st) I used to serve in Young Women with a Sister Stroud. I'm trying to remember her 1st name - almost there. Seems like it started with "E". Anyway wouldn't that be cool if you were related. Good luck with lifestyle changes. They work. @@DeitralynnStroud

I have a plant based diet, use food as medicine and take no medications. I rarely go to the doctor but when I do I'm always surprised when they're pen- poised for the list of medicines I take. Their response to " none" is but you're older, you must have diabetes, high cholesterol blah blah whatever......nope none of them. I've recently moved to a new house and was working in the garden when a neighbour came to say hello, then said she doesn't garden anymore, too hard because she's 63....but it's alright for you young ones......thankyou ma'am I'm 76 😊

I get it. I just got back from a friends that their city doesn’t even make them get permitting to build. Where I live their is so much overreach we can’t build anything bigger then a 10x12 shed, then they added; that shed cannot have a sleeping space, be taller than 11’ or you have to get a permit and it costs an arm and a leg. It is very frustrating when the bureaucratic crap rules. Keep helping each other..take it back now or you will never have your freedom again. I also took back my health through food. I had migraines since I was 11 and on pain meds. No doctor ever told me it could be food causing it. It was and after 50 years of pain meds I was able to totally walk away. Our processed foods and preservatives are killing people. Thanks for your content. 🙏❤️❤️

@@theaeroponictowerchannel I am a heart patient, dietary lifestyle changes are a major part of my treatment and the cardiologist really advocates for a plant based diet. I think they believe my poor heart issues are dietary, neglect, genetic. Unfortunately, the primary focus on a cure is a lot of medications that seem to be as bad as the illness…I spend a lot of energy finding out the science behind these pills and am really frustrated at how they are shutting off the body’s ability to heal itself. I have been refusing drugs till this heart attack, now it is about meeting the docs halfway without landing back in the hospital. I am in my 70’s, too late to do what you do, but…for several years I did change my lifestyle. Now, I am still Hoping to heal and throw the pills away. You are inspirational.

Like many have said I discovered your channel through your coverage on Helene. My step-son and his wife are in Weaverville, not that far from Marshall. My step-daughter is near Greenville and was also affected, but not nearly as impacted. My husband and I live in Northern California and I found mainstream media, shall we say, was ‘lacking’ in coverage of what was happening. Thank goodness for all the KZbinr’s, filling in with real coverage, stories and rescues by citizens and people like you, helping people. God bless you! About 20 odd years ago, the internet was fairly a new thing and I was stumbling around on it looking things up. I came across videos regarding the Gerson Therapy. Boy did my eyes get opened, but it was probably what I expected was going on anyway. I had previously done the Adkins diet and lost 40 lbs, but even though I looked great, I didn’t feel all that great. That lead me down a path of juicing and being vegan. Once I started green juicing I could “feel” muscles relaxing that had probably been tight and bound up for twenty years. The only way to describe it was like watching the toy, Jacob’s Ladder unfolding. I regained full mobility in my neck that I had not had in many years. No pain killers, no muscle relaxers, no drugs, just juices. I think you’re right, I don’t want to say words like ‘suppressed’, but I think content like the Gerson Therapy are harder to find or look up on the internet. I myself have a nice little library of books that I reference often. It’s nice to have something tangible in hand. I’d like to say I maintained all that I was doing, but alas, I fell off the vegan and juicing wagon so to speak when I met and married my husband.(2nd marriage ) Although at 66 I do not take any medications and do not have any health problems, I know I’m not as healthy as I should be. So I will be kicking things back in gear and following your channel. Thank you for all that you do. ❤

I come from a family with autoimmune diseases - Lupus, Parkinson’s and ALS….also some mental health issues (schizophrenia, anxiety and ADHD) so I try to eat well and stay active. At 59 I’m wanting to up my game, though, and am really craving a simpler, healthier life. It would also be wonderful to learn ways to help family, members who aren’t well to have better lives. So grateful for your information and great example ❤ Looking forward to learning more from you! Thank you!!

I journeyed to whole foods and landed in whole food plant based about 12 years ago. It reversed my juvenile diabetic husband's proliferative retinopathy, cardiovascular disease and his labs remain perfect. It however, was not the diet for me, in terms of starch-based protein, at least that is my current theory as I attempt, at age 66 to restore my health. I am curious as to your blood type. My husband is O and I am A. I find other O blood types thrive on PBN. Love your content, our hydroponics system is Kratky, and yes, limitation is floor space, cannot afford the tower gardens at this point. Currently researching the mushroom set up we will use. You are the boost I needed. May our God, Yahweh, continue to bless you in His Son!!

Hi. I found you because of your Helene coverage. My 85 year old mom lives in Asheville, so I have been just a bit consumed with the updates from people there like you. Plus, a friend who recently moved to Marshall 4 months ago. But now, I am enjoying learning about the rest of your lifestyle. Fellow homeschooler here. Christian. Bit of a backslid "prepper" from years ago. Always interested in the truth of health management. So, I am wondering if you do fermented foods? So easy. Delicious. And so full of probiotics. I love using my silicone lid valves. Love the fresh live sourkraut and fermented veggies. Even fermenting ginger in honey, etc. Love the many things that can be fermented. Then, there is also fruit scrap vinegars to make. If you don't already do these, may I encourage you to try? :)

Hello, I also found your channel perhaps following the hurricane but perhaps before because of your hydro work. I decided to join and continue to have my coffee with you when I can. I heard to speak of that pause you came to after being in the face paced slinging muck and just wrapping your head around the wrath of Helen. You after the hurry you came to a pause that I am familar with and gave prayer as to which direction can you best serve in and you decided to help people who intend to camp in setting up came. As I know you I see we walk a path. I began paying attention to what I ate when I was pregnant of course because I was not taking care of an child. I was born with a heart issue as you were ... and had surgerys . And life has been a jumble but I don't know how manytime I was faced with illness...like lime and the damage done and focused on healing . I think with inner quiet we know how to care for ourselves.. That and info we take in. Dr really have helped with surgerys and evern then messed that up but in my basic struggles they draw a blank. They improvise and for years I would see help but have to figure out for myself how to recover. I hope people get that we all have our own needs like you are plant base I am for the most part sinse I was young . didn't like meat didn't eat it bur my daughters did so I provided the best source I could. The desire to take care of yourself is first step and I am glad you were able to see beyond the doom and gloom to taking care . Good health . And happyto find your channel. I am not religious but we speak the same laughage about prayer. Regards

Tip for palm oil: choose Organic RED palm oil. Very high A & E. Mix with olive oil while cooking. (organic may be a more ecological approach to harvesting than the regular palm farms….) One thing to note for folks about putting the cheese blocks in the parchment paper, is that any oil/fat will leach out chemicals from plastic that touches it. I think that’s worth highlighting if people didn’t understand why you go to that extra step. ✌🏼🤗 Thank you for sharing all your tips and hints and for being so real about what is going on. Especially thank you for helping people see there is so much light and love in our community willing to help and come together. 🌈💪💫🤗🤍🕊️ ~~ grew up since 9 in Oregon & have ordered from as Azure standard. 😊 The place I’m renting now in Arizona doesn’t have a lot of storage space but I’m starting to think about things differently and how to create more community even though I haven’t been here a year yet…. I had to escape the mold from the Pacific Northwest!!!! ~~ Good luck with all the challenges there and I really really really hope people were on top of things to avoid the mold which can be devastating to our health. ~ I know it firsthand and at first I was being treated for Lyme, when really mold toxicity was the first layer that was needing healing. What a journey! Stay strong. Thanks again.🤗🦋

Thank you for your EMPOWERING encouragement. I am wondering about the toxin impact of Helene. Are the rivers being tested or monitored. Assuming toxins in the rivers, is the mud or debris being tested before river debris is burned by the cleanup crews. Even so, treated construction materials are often treated with toxic chemicals that should not be inhaled when burned. Toxic mud that dries and is picked up in the air may be a hazard. In addition to air quality, is anyone monitoring the effect of toxic dust on soil safety. Likewise toxins in the river could work its way into the water table for potable water. Do you have recommendations for at-home water or soil testing? Localized testing is probably more meaningful than one test location far away. Those sweet potatoes look amazing! I am 67 and unfortunately a dermatologist prescribed antibiotics to theoretically reduce acne from my age of 13 to 20. I believe it destroyed my gut. My life became all about inflammation from age 30 onward. Depression, dandruff, eczema, rosacea, chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis, and more. I became VERY intolerant of all wheat products. I found a family owned company called SIETE that makes many Mexican food products using flours like almond, cassava and chick pea flower. They also use Avocado oil instead of highly processed seed oils. Ezekiel breads did not work for me. Target and Whole Foods carry SIETE (tortillas in the refrigerated cases, crisp tacos on the dry shelves). Their chips are excellent. The SIETE family story is interesting. I will check out Azure. Thanks for the resource. 🥑🌶️🫘❤️🌮🥗🍅

Fired my GP and “specialists” after a chiropractor did the correct blood labs and found subclinical Hashimoto’s. And so started my health journey…

I also found your channel through your coverage of Helene in Marshall. I'm from the area. You mentioned leaving a link that helped you with detox and your health goals but I could not find it. Could you put it here please

I've known about Azure for a while but haven't tried it yet. Our closest drop is about 75 minutes away. I should just do it! :) Do you have a specific sourdough recipe that you like to follow?

Also destroyed my gut by lyme treatments and the only thing that worked for me is long term use of water kefir and Kambucha. I had to do months of heavy consumption of these to rebuild my gut. Be aware ones available in stores are very weak compared to ones made by private makers. That is because to sell it in a big store it has to be safe for babies to drink. So if your gut damage is substantial you need to do some research to find people producing the stronger non commercial versions or learn to make it yourself. Store bought is fine for maintenance but not as helpful for rebuilding. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and most big health food chains are subject to the same safety regulations on their kefir and kambucha so it is not stronger if you get it from them. If you have to rely on store bought use it right before bed and first thing in the morning with nothing else eaten or drink for a full hour. Some naturopathic protocols do allow, as you wisely did, that last bit of a rash to stay longer term. It is essentially a natural pathway for your body to get those pathogens out and it is good to let it do its thing even if it takes a year or more. Just like using steroids will totally remove things from the surface of skin or internal ones seem to do so, that can only lead to subsequent and even worse outbreaks because it is not allowing the immune system to do its job and heal you totally at a pace that is healthy for you. Careful of books touting something is wonderful. There are books out there saying all sorts of things that are harmful are good because publishers publish what they think will sell often based on what people are fad focused on. Look at the studies if not sited in the books and make sure they are up to date. A good example of this is a book on smoothies that suggested using large quantities of kale on a daily basis. Kale is a food that if you look it up has a toxic compound that is safe for a healthy person for only five or six days straight then a break is needed to clear that compound from the system. Same with oxalate loading with spinach in smoothies as well. Fine for some people but compromised health people or little people this is where daily consumption of these oxalate loads can be problematic. Anything EVERY day should be carefully scrutinized. Those are the things we will see the consequences of consuming. Delays for children in their development processes if missed are often not able to be compensated later especially skeletal and brain. Good for you giving your kids the salmon and butter and meats and cheeses. They can decide as adults what works for them. GOOD MOM!

Love your channel. Been sharing your vids. You teach me so much! I’m linking up with Musicians for Mercy to send a bunch of stuff down that way. I will ask my Kefir guy if I can get a case donated. We will figure out to how to get to you. Still working out the logistics and gathering things. List anything you may need here if you want or we can figure out how to get in touch. I’m in awe of all your work and care you have shared down there. Inspirational!
