I am 87 years old and have had heart arrhythmia since I was 14. It has gotten worse over the years. Six months ago the arrhythmia completely went away. I had read that fluoride in the toothpaste maybe a cause of dementia. For that reason, I stopped using toothpaste with fluorides. Three months later, the heart arrhythmia was gone. This has been verified by my cardiologist. I think it was the toothpaste, but I may be wrong.

Fluoride is a poison. I hate having it put in the water. Means we have no choice. It doesn't seem to do the job it was meant to do. Children's teeth have got worse not better. I've hunted for fluoride free toothpaste but have never found any in the UK. I now use sodium bicarbonate soda. We used it in the the mouth care tray in the unconscious or frail patient in the 60s.

I’ve been in a less developed country for the last year. Agriculture here never took on the fertilizer and pesticide practices of the West. Animals raised for meat or eggs are not raised with antibiotics. Breads don’t have preservatives. Foods are less processed overall. Doctor Li, I love your teachings on how to maintain a healthy body! At the age of 35, I was in bad health. No idea what to do? So I went to see my doctor who was also a surgeon, within his practice-he was also surgeon. I was overweight - by that I mean, large hips, small upper body . I was very toxic, I hardly ever drank water, it was tea, coffee, lots of espresso’s and regular coffee. My hair was falling out, I had red blotchy itchy patches on my face. Constipation bad. Energy level very low. Bad attitude all around. I worked in a casino in the West-End of London. Then one evening a co-worker, said, can I share this with you? I said,of course! She said, you are a very difficult person to work with -in her French accent.i was surprised- I hadn’t realised how bad I was, not only attitude, but that I really needed to take action and seek out more knowledge- because all the treatments I was having at the doctors ,simply didn’t work. This coworker the next evening brought to work for me a 3 page leaflet to read, that night into morning, I read it so many times over, over and over -[Water To My Soul]. Thank God, my husband had a trip to America for two weeks. I went to my refrigerator, I took everything out of the fridge, put it all in a bag and dumped down the shut to be picked up the dustbin lorry. I went right away to a health food store in Notting Hill Gate, a nice long walk I needed! I Got all the food items listed in this leaflet to start me on this journey to heal my body naturally-I was very excited When I got back to our flat, No Interruptions-YEAH!! Cleaned our kitchen well it was a very small kitchen - our flat was very nice-square feet? The kitchen had no windows - one paid for the location-it’s all about location- where one lives in any country!! health food store was small But amazing! Everything I needed was there-suddenly, my entire attitude changed -because I have great knowledge and instructions to help me change my health without doctor visits, having to go through constant enemas!!! To help my bowl-movements. I didn’t see any changes in the first two weeks -don’t forgot my body was “Highly Toxic”. However, going into the 3rd week - I began to see a change-bowl movements each day. I was loosing weight, [but that was not my focus ] I just wanted to feel good and healthy again. My Skin was starting to clear up. I was getting comments from my Co-workers, some even asked if I had Hip Surgery. I said you guys see me 5 nights a week. I shared, my goal was to get healthy - many, male workers would snigger behind my back. I would sprouted my own seed under the artificial lighting. Back then, almost everything you bought in a health food store -especially the one in Nothing Hill Gare Market. Sadly, it doesn’t exist anymore. I continued to stay on this complete raw cleanse of all raw food, nuts, grains, etc; nothing cooked , roasted, toasted, and much more. Over the years I have done this fast for a month at a time-However, I stayed on the cleanse at first for 6 wks. It changed me life. A year later, I went back for a upper and lower GI. The surgeon said, to my surprise-the Doctor said, I have never seen such health organs. What a lovely surprise!!!! I was desperate to see my health change naturally.it works- with a desire and persistence!!! Sad to say, running a business -I would grab food on the run-so exhausted when I got home-I ate many wrong foods! I let my body down. When I first started the cleanse - late 70’s I was 35, I’ve done many kinds of fast and a non-Christian and in the 90’s I became a Believer in Jesus, the Christ, Son of God. THANK YOU So Much DOCTOR WILLIAM LI. You have Awakened the desire In me again at the age 79. I don’t feel like 79, however, i sometimes think I’m in my fifties, LOL. I HAVE YOUR YOUR BOOK “EAT TO BEAT DISEASE. AND your videos to listen to what’s new! However,I watch many of your teaching and when you have guest on asking questions and listening to your feedback!!

Dr Li and Hyman My Dad was BRITISH AIRWAYS MEDICAL OFFICER for 30 plus years based in Bangkok. One flight home I had a miserable allergic reaction from beef with preservative bought in Lagos by the time I got to London o had huge hives and went to medical centre at Heathrow airport. They gave me a tiny pot of calamine lotion which ran out not long into flight. So when I landed in BkK I rang home to get some calamine ready. When I got home my mum had a Calamine ready plus a lotion made from Galangal leaf pounded up and white pure alcohol. So I said put one lotion on this side the home lotion on the other side The immediate relief from the green galangal leaf mix was unbelievably good and instant. Oh my goodness! As this bad reaction lasted days my Dad explained must have been the beef containing the preservative. So if you like Thai coconut soup galangal is a ginger look a like ingredient in there. So that’s why we grew it in our garden so had the leaf to make the super lotion. So this experience puts me to absorbing every word you’re telling us! THANK YOU

We should wash or desinfect our hands after pumping gas. All People have touched that handle and it’s Petroleum gas…. It’s bad to ingest and tons of people are constantly touching their face! Many people sneeze and use their hands as Kleenex instead of just turning their heads away from others! You tirn your head sideways. You don’t cover your nose with your hands it’s gross!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this great information. I have learnt so much from following both Mark and William and have shared with my friends. The world needs to change and look towards preventing disease and creating health rather than waiting until someone is bad enough that they need medication or surgery. Sometimes medication is needed but doctors need to work towards getting people healthy and treating the root cause so people don’t need to stay on the medication. So many of my friends don’t know this. Please keep spreading the word and sharing your knowledge. It is priceless 😊

Is there a directory of Food As Medicine doctors? After having 3 stents placed in 2013, and two more placed in 2022, I see a cardiologist every six months. I could probably count on one hand how many times the subject of nutrition has even come up, much less been discussed. And I've never heard a cardiologist, or any of the doctors I've seen over the years, mention "gut health" or "microbiome" at all.

After about 6 weeks I noticed I no longer had any discomfort - to this day, I’m discomfort free. Something i never expected.

Generally, cacao powder carries the highest concentration of heavy metals. It's made by essentially concentrating the solids of the cacao bean and removing the oils (known as cacao butter). Our current average cadmium content in our Cacao Powder is 0.4mcg/g. For lead, it's 0.01mcg/g. When cacao powder is combined with other ingredients-like cacao butter and sweeteners-to make chocolate bars and candies, the concentration of heavy metals per food serving decreases. Heavy metals are found in a long list of common food items like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and many fruits. (NOTE HERE, is your body in optimum health, or are you one of the 75% of the population that is unhealthy??? Shown in the health journal.) THE HEALTHY BODY is adept at removing these metals through a complex and highly evolved detoxification system that sorts, tags, and eliminates heavy metals through our body’s waste pathways. We can support these processes by eating a diet rich in micronutrients and fiber, both of which are abundant in cacao.
