@@jamilawhitedc6011 Yes, if you plan to use NVivo. But if you want a tool that will automatically then AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai or Julius.ai would help.

Very helpful video. But I was wondering, the approach you did, what is the analysis framework called? Is it Thematic Analysis or Content Analysis? or a mixture of both and can you give suggest some further resources explaining the analytical framework. Thanks

Thank you! It is thematic analysis since I generated codes based on what were extracted from the data. After developing codes I then categorize them to generate themes.

Does this mean both qualitative and quantitative cluster themes should be the same?

We only code and create themes for the open-ended responses (i.e. qualitative data).
