I was having this discussion with a collegaue/friend on the similar line (who also started from WITCH and now at MAANG). Essentially it boils down to awareness. Being in Tier3 colleger, you don't know much about product based companies, the alumni culture is also not good either, and you don't know much about success stories of your seniors and your family circle is quite excited about 3LPA package at Infosys. This sums to lack of aspirations, which is the major difference between a tier 3 and tier 1 college environment. I really enjoyed this convesation, and hope it serves it purpose atleast to the audience who doesn't have 'senior ka to kam hi hai gyan pelna' attitude.

I also did my bca fro gla mathura and mca from VIT, this video will help a lot of students that the truth about life is that we have to do side hustle during college life and don't be sad if you don't even get a good job through college, life wil give you ample amount of opportunity it's just that we are ready at that time or not so keep hustling. And cat ki preparation btech ke saath Krna sahi hai. Btech bca, bsc, MCA se zyada valuable hai. Aur sarkari Naukri nikalti nhi logo ki. 6 lpa ka job bhi India mei badi baat hai jab 15 k per month sirf 20% population of daily wage earners hi earn kr rahe hai humare country mei. Aur koi agar Delhi NCR mei reh Raha hai woh hostel kyu lega? Usey toh bss tution fees Deni hai 4 lakh ki ( total ).
