HR is a cross-functional and well rounded part of the business. I just wish these interviewees will look beyond #Administrative and #TiskTasks instead of becoming a valuable member of the business and sitting at the table. Receptionists booking, scheduling interviews is not ideal in an HR Department. Most HR Departments will have a 1st line member of the department to handle these requests, which will likely be an HR Administrative Assistant and/or HR Supervisor. #MomoEduok|#MomosHRConsultingFirm
