Hi, I've uploaded the stl here: www.thingiverse.com/thing:5880353 Remember it might not fit all CD drives you can find. I've build these spesifically to the one I had laying around. But it might be forgiving enough :)

Hi 500mw laser from Aliexpress. Not much power :) Also prolly not that high since it is some cheap chinese thing

Might have misunderstood the question but the size it can engrave is small, about 3-4x3-4 cm.
