I cant work from pakistan, the internet is unreliable and awful and I need a 24/7 broadband connection that doesnt go. I heard only BHaria down i can get this ? Is this right?

i have a 250 mbs connection from ptcl in dha phase 2 islamabad for 27000 rupees a month. I moved here from usa with my parents and only had an issue once in the last year since using it and they came to my home within 2-3 hours to resolve it when i called the support center. No issues with speed even with my nordvpn doing high frequency trading, gaming, etc.
