We love our grape juice! Usually we put the jars in the oven and fill them hot. That helps the jars not break and sanitizes them. We also have the lids in boiling water. Then we don't worry about processing after because everything has been sanitized and they seal every time!

I was going to say the same thing. I set the oven to 225 which is above the boiling point of water. So the jars, lids, and juice are hot and sterile.
