Not wanting to rant but that's lucky AF. I put 21 hours play time over the weekend which I don't think is little. No major drops, 2 raw divs and Atlas completed. Finding Void Battery and the Scarab alone is super lucky, not mentioning finding another Battery in the shop. Nice for you!

@@ExiledCat_PoE yes, one that is supposed to be fun. Not fun spending the time and doing the right things and not also having a stroke of luck getting juicy drops. As you know, lucky drops are what enables us to have meaningful upgrades to be able to do higher tier content.

@@Machinex11 that ain't it. What enables you to have meaningful upgrades is sticking to a strategy and play the game until you have enough money to buy them. Lucky drops are a plus on top that give u the dopamine boosts. Plus, if you have fun -> u play more -> u get more drops -> u have fun. If you're not having fun playing poe then ur doing it all wrong

Herald of Ashes for explosions (they are good) Cruelty gives more damage for hits and bonus damage for DoT. Hypothermia is better but I couldn't get right colours on my armour

cast your blade vortex and use your shield charge for fast moving (charge in to the range enemy)

if you are talking about the nameless seer, he is quite rare hence the 3 divs for scarab, i believe he was first introduced in last league so you not seeing him is normal, i did meet him through the mob modifier in this league mechanic, i didnt get anything good from him though.

scaling both armour and evasion while playing occultist is not a good idea cause its way to hard to get decent scaling in this side of the tree i would recommend focusing on one of them. another thing is armour can be very much a bait stat because the phys reduction is calculated based on how much you got hit. tldr is unless you have 15k+ armour its kinda worthless and even that is not enough
