I don’t understand why Christine owe Janelle anything??!! She agreed to give up the property to keep the proceeds for the sale of her home. Janell was too busy being a pick me and Christine did what was best for her and her children as she should have. Christine was the smartest one of the bunch at the end of the day.

Christine just wanted her house proceeds. I do not blame her for just letting Kody have her part of coyote pass. Quick and easy break. Christine was standing on business and was ready to get her back rocked by a man!! Giving her part to Janelle prob would have caused more unnecessary drama with Kody.

Kody was so proud of the “we made love” - nope Kody. You probably did 90 seconds and then fell asleep. I just hate that we were so right about how Kody had a plan. I kept hoping we, as an audience were wrong about him being that devious, unfortunately we were right.

Kody and Robyn solely own the lot with all the trees which is more valuable than a vacant lot. Kody played in their face because there is no way that those lots should have been divided that way. Kody started plotting when he divorced Meri and legally married Robyn. Christine stood on business and bounced with her equity which was smart.

Christine was trying to move on with life with some funds and get out the quickest way possible. Giving her land to Janelle would not have allowed her to keep the proceeds of her home.

It's so cheap because there's no utilities anywhere near it. It's probably going to cost almost that much to make those plots habitable. I never thought Kody was actually scamming these women until this episode. I thought he was just stupid and an ass.

Exactly and there's some kind of pipeline running through it plus the ground is infected from the prairie dogs. To bring in utilities would cost a fortune..coming from a wife married to a general contractor

Same with Robyn's house. They had the have water delivered by truck. That huge house had no water lines!

I think Chrisfine assumed when she signed h e r part of Cayote Pass over it would have gone to family. As we know nothing goes to all family ... just to kody and Robyn cause they are so greedy

Auntie that father Robyn was talking about was not her bio dad it was her mom’s second husband she said he was her uncle for years her mom was best friends with him and his wife. But sounded weird maybe her mom was a plural wife he only saw them on weekends. But he always made Robyn feel safe. She never had relationship with her bio dad. Crazy story. Thanks for covering. The scenes of Kody and Robin were not even in the same time frames as the others, Arizona (Janelle) and Utah had a lot of snow, and Kody's scenes in Flagstaff were all green, they were in t-shirts having picnics...
