That’s so interesting. My collie, died at the great age of 17. He hated going to the Vets. Veterinary do an absolutely brilliant job, and prolonged this life expeditiously. But on saying that the veterinary fees in Ireland are exorbitant. Makes having a older dog so difficult. Because of that I will never adopt any dog. What a shame. !! My loss.!!

And they wonder why so many pets mainly dogs and cats are abandoned because they’re owners can’t afford the vet fees ,,I pay £70 a month each for my two border collies,they are both 7 years old,brother and sister,never had any health issues only go for yearly vaccinations booster and when they turn 8 I have to pay the first £100. As I would have to do now plus 20% of the remaining bill . And I’m a pensioner.

I had a beagle growing up. She new the vet building so we literally had to carry her inside because she would refuse to walk anywhere close to the door. Then we switched to a vet that gave her treats. She loved that vet so much she would happily go inside.

my dog was never having fear before the Vet, or he has hide it really good, so long you can come together with your pet in the visit room, I think the most animals understand really good, that you and others want to help them, always give them treats after it, not forget (it are more the loud, strange noises and smells, stress what make them fear)

Ypu have created a beautiful piece of art. Beautifully well done. From growing up with a kitten to the vet, being that violent blue human. This is narrated in the dog's supposed voice. Honestly, PBS does many videos regarding animals. This video both kids and adults would enjoy.. A gentle, sweet, funny, and touching story of how dogs, cats and humans can all be friends. We had 2 Border Collies, Elvis & Priscila and a Ginger cat Buddy. Never a problem going to our vet, he always gave them Liver treats. The dogs also got a dried pigs ear each to chew on.

I lost my older border in 2019 at the age of 14, which broke my heart. My second wèe girl is now nearly 15 and is ràpidly approaching the end. And again, my heart is breaking. Now too old to get another dog. I will not be able to watch any videos like this after she goes. They surely are a blessing, but a heartbreak when they leave us.
