Guys this preping has done me a couple of times where I have packed everything in the car but I said I will put the bait in in the morning and I've left it at home. Just goes to show you corn is the best for carp. In my own country ( Hungary ) we use sweetcorn as ground bait ground down and as hook bait. I do like using strawberry flavoured as hook bait. works every time. I actually never use boilies and I never will. Great session guys.

Airbourbe noise does penetrate water. Ie voices etc.. But if you bang the ground. Sound through solid goes through the water. Proven while diving.

Nice video and very nice fish there especially that last one. Do you ever get problems with corn coming off the hook/hair after casting out? I've had that happen numerous times so I'm reluctant to fish corn on the hook unless I'm on the pole, where I'm lowering the rig in gently. Great video keep them coming 👍

Awesome video. Great fishing but gutted ya forgot all the bait and the fact you prept it all as well. But the good old corn came to the rescue lol just goes to show you can spend a fortune on the latest and grates bait but a 70p bag of corn dose the trick. Fishing can be a funny old game. Grate stuff lads look forward to the next vid tight lines 🎣🎣🎣

Does the sweetcorn not melt your PVA bag? Anytime I've tried it collapses before I can get it out
@MrRorfac33 жыл бұрын
use a load of salt on the corn first, stops the pva melting as fast.
@FromTheWatersEdgeTV3 жыл бұрын
Yeah it does Jack, Steve did mention it in the video. You can either dry it off, add some oil based liquid to it (which doesn't melt PVA) or some salt.

Okay but can someone explain the benefit of fishing slack lines close to the margin like that? Thanks :)
@FromTheWatersEdgeTV3 жыл бұрын
It allows the line to follow the contours of the bottom, avoiding liners and the risk of fish coming into contact with it and spooking off.
