I recently started a new job meaning I had to cancel ALL my 242 plans for the big send-off. I was additionally bummed when looking at the calendar of events as they came and went each day. This video log is SUPERB ... you two captured the essence of each event and did the next best thing for those of us who could not be there. Thank you sooooo much for this wonderful time capsule and for sharing your personal experiences with us. I was planning to go alone, but know I would not have been alone for long with awesome folks like you in this small but very unique community. Thanks again. 4-242-4-EVER!

I saw them first time as Depeche Mode Support 1987. On their last tour in Oberhausen Germany 2250 fans celebrated the last Goodbye 🙏🙏🙏 Legends!!!

I was born in 1984.... but it wasnt until 1994 when I was 10 that I began really getting into industrial. Including front 242 and stabbing westwars NIN etc. While the universe has shrunk a bit and varies in ages its cool to be part of this still thriving smaller group. Great video You 2 always fun.🎉

The 90s were the such a great time for industrial. I’m glad for younger people finding the scene…it’s the only way to keep it alive. I love this small little group of weirdos that have embraced us. Thank you for the support!

I have always loved the story of Front 242 associated with Wax Trax/Chicago and this footage perfectly showcases all the cool bits about the week. It really felt like I was there with you guys. Unfortunately being in Sweden I would never be able to experience the magic at Metro but my heart was with you guys when they played the last shows. Kontravoid was amazing! That was my first time seeing him. Also my first (and last) Front 242 show. As much as I would have loved to see them before, life got in the way of SOOO many shows.

One of the 1st Industrial bands I became aware of when discovering that scene, saw them play twice, brilliant live, and good guys too! The period they evolved in was such a good time for music, and they definitely influenced an entire genre or 5 ;)

Thanks for posting this video. I saw two F242 concerts in Berlin in October. They were fantastic. Unfortunately, there was no exhibition or interviews with the band in Europe. Greetings from Poland.

"goth"?! cool. well, there is a thing called "soccer" over there after all. :) and every time I watch or hear some American putting "industrial" and "242" in the same sentence, it still surprises me every single time, all the way since my first Test Department, Throbbing Gristle, Einstuerzende Neubauten and Skinny Puppy concerts. just saying. btw, a good clip.
