Very good job. But why change your pistons? The condition it's very well! No damage. By the way the most users in the world, never make this maintenance work. Never change the brake fluid also. The liquid absorbs water into it, so its properties decrease: The boiling temperature decreases, there is a decreased in viscosity, and the presence of water causes increased rust in the system. So I know that it is recommended to change the fluid and not just inspection it, let's say replace once every two years? And you're right, many of us do not replace the liquid since there is no obligation. Most of us do breakdown maintenance because it is cheaper, repair only when there is already a breakdown. I recommend preventative maintenance and do not waitting for a malfunction, especially not when it comes to brakes.

You are right, and the answer to your question: Depends on the amount of use, and how much you load and how much effort you put on the motorcycle and engine. My INNOVA is from 2010, 45,000Km, only once I got stuck with it on the road, and that was due to a drop in air in the rear wheel (a puncture). Anyone who does maintenance on time and goes to a mechanic when the problems are small, never gets stuck on the road, and it has nothing to do with the firm or the model of the motorcycle. All the patents and knowledge for making good motorcycles, all the important patents expire, today you pay for what you get. The INNOVA is a cheap and basic scooter, and that's what you get. Because the INNOVA is very common it is easy to get spare parts at a really low price, and it lowers the maintenance costs. Besides, the INNOVA does 50 kilometers per liter of fuel, so in countries like Israel where fuel is expensive, this is also part of the advantage that this model has, fuel economy. Not everything I show in my videos reflects a real need. The main aim channel for me is for the hobby, I like to fix myself, and the hobby of photography and editing. For hobbies you pay money and do not save money: The price of the tool. The price of your work time. Unlike the mechanic, you often have to wait a long time for the parts to be ordered... @@MyINNOVAMotorcycling Wow that's crazy, I live in Denmark and I can buy a complete new INNOVA for about 2850 USD (in danish kroner). I'm just wondering if the bike will last in the Danish weather. We just salt on roads Dec, Jan, Feb (for about 3-4 months) and the rest of the year no salt on roads. I just don't want to spend almost 3000 usd on a bike that will not work after 1 winter (corrosion). Do you have any experience with salt on roads and the Innova? I know in isreal it's very hot, and you would not need to worry as much about corrosion.

In my understanding blue grease is suitable for a wet and salty environment (at sea). The blue grease does not conduct heat, and copper grease does. Rubber bands need a grease that fits rubber bands, I think there is blue grease for rubber bands. You should see what is written on your product, what are the specifications of the blue grease you have, and use it only according to the manufacturer's instructions.
