hello, what kind of cavity sealant do you recommend when reinstalling crash bar?

The rivets need to be removed as well at the bottom of the crash bar. I assume they have previously been removed from your vehicle as not shown in the video. They are non structural and can be drilled out or a dremel steel cutting blade etc. They do not need to be replaced.
