This journey from Nagoya to the south and Toyama to the north clearly shows the two great climatic influences of Japan. In the first half of the video or trip you can see the influence of the Pacific Ocean, which softens the winters, and from the beginning of the second half of the video or trip, the influence of the continental cold of China, North Korea and Siberia reaching Japan via Sea of Japan. Very interesting and instructive trip. Thank you for sharing the beauties and wonders of your beloved Japan.
Beautiful travel. I love to travel by train in the interior of Japan, especially for the variety of its landscapes between forested mountains, torrential rivers and towns and cities in narrow valleys.
In March 2020 i took this train, i really enjoyed the trip, it was the first time i took a diesel engine train the sound is amazing, you can imagine the power it produces just by earing it. Takayama is one of my favorite place by now :).

watching your and similar videos makes me realize I should follow up watching with actually visiting Japan, rather sooner than later. Keep posting, good stuff.
"No talking on the train" YET WE HAVE TO ENDURE THE SHOUTY, POINTY COMMANDS OF THE DRIVER!

Please have some respect for the train driver as this is what they are told to do as part of keeping alert and staying awake. This is also done on buses.
Cannot tolerate the camera vibration. It killed off four hours of what would probably have been another great view of local life. Could not watch. Wanted to.
