Does she honestly expect a security guard to remember if a resident not close to him wore foundation/concealer/blush on a day 5 years ago? Let alone even know the distinction between those makeup products? This is such waste of everyone's time, I feel this poor dude's frustration..

This man came across as a completely honest and authentic gentleman He must have thought it ridiculous that he was being questioned repeatedly over things that are meaningless to him, not because he isn't aware of how important this is to a couple of extremely wealthy actors, but because he honestly just didn't care and is more concerned with being an honest guy that does his job as best he can. Additionally, he is smart enough to observe by those he meets on a routine basis that a lot of money and property doesn't necessarily mean a happier, better life. Loved his description of having to deal with the absurd notion that something scratching a door from four inches off the ground would be a threat to the tenants.. He seems like a total sweetheart and somebody involved in this case might want to thank him in person at some point.

So true. In my last job, I had a period of supporting some global US Execs in London for a large US Financial institution when the Execs rotated thru London for several weeks. They were utter scum arrogant idiots. Their American PAs who were also drafted along were all nervous wrecks. We’d buy them drinks on a Friday but knew they were on duty 24/7 if Daddy Wallbucks was put on the wrong table in a Michelin star restaurant or he needed some diva request. Horrible people.

No drama. The way he speaks, his verbiage, his demeanor, and his attitude regarding the entire thing - leaves little doubt he’s an honest, hardworking man. Awesome. Regardless of his employment, he and his family have a standing invite to every Christmas party, barbecue, poker night, etc, that we have from today - forward. Down to earth, laid back, with an awesome sense of humor… he’ll fit right in!!!

@@coolness4098 ; Having been a small business owner for over 20 years, and have had as many as 250+ employees, I can honestly say that over the past 2 years, finding people with even a 1/2 decent work ethic is few and far between. 4 years ago, we would place an ad - looking to hire, and we would receive 25 applications for each position we were looking to fill. Now, we get 2… *very occasionally* there will be 3. That would be bad enough, but the 3 we get usually have no respect for their job, their fellow workers (by showing up on time, keeping your area maintained, and ensuring the job they’ve been hired to do is completed on time and done properly, so the next guy isn’t having to get behind schedule by waiting for late work or having to take the time to correct the issues or finish what the guy before him was supposed to do), nor respect the people who gave him the job (always 15 minutes late to work, leaves 5 minutes early for lunch, returns 10-15 minutes late, and clicks out 5-10 minutes before the end shift… not to mention the 8-10 bathroom breaks he takes in between - each lasting 10 minutes. Yet, he’s the first one to complain if he’s effected by the poor work or delayed work from another employee. Then, w/in 6 months, he “no call/no shows” for 2 days (as his way of quitting.. no notice, nothing), because he’s ticked he didn’t get a 5% raise at his 90 day performance review. This, on top of 3 employees in our management system (2 from one of our businesses, and 1 from another) stealing **considerable** amounts of $$$ from us. There’s so much more I could explain, but - suffice it to say; finding a guy like this 👆🏻, who pays attention to his job, looks people in the eye while listening, is patient with “diva customers” who believe *they* are the only clients of ours who really counts, has no use for gossip or BS - because he truly feels as if life’s too short to waste it on crap that’s just *crap*. Trust me, we would **love** to see “normal” again. *Normal* would be *great*!

He nodded in agreement asked the lawyer to get to the point and he asked me the SAME question 2 more times. Judge told me to speak in an open dialogue what happened start to finish with no interruptions from and he would ask the questions when he felt it was needed. because it took like 45 mins to get 1 min into the story with all the questions. Im not even sure if thats allowed or if a judge has authority that overrides everything. I dunno.

I know!! And one day like six years ago. Who could remember even if they recognized makeup!? You’re right I’m a woman I even wear make up, I wouldn’ and I’d be fed up if asked. It’s an absurd point to belabor. This makes her lawyers come across irritating and desperate. But after thinking about it, Im trying not to judge them. I mean, they’re not idiots. They must know how this looks. They try this so that maybe they get a weakness, an inconsistency, a slip-up… anything! This is the best they can do! This is a hard working Hispanic man. I'm Hispanic and I can honestly say that these men don't go to work to look at what people are wearing or what the makeup or hair looks like. One thing though, a Hispanic man will absolutely notice any bruising on a woman and especially on her face. Hispanic men are VERY protective of women, whether it's their woman (relative or otherwise) or not. He would've definitely noticed if she had even the smallest mark on her face.
