@dirtycombattraining Sorry, look at your kick at 0.29. When you make contact with BOB, your head and upper body bend backward from the recoil of the kick. This is naturally going to happen from a pushing type kick, but if the kick is intended to do damage, I feel that it should be less push-like, if that makes sense. To strike more with the kick, commit your upper body less to the kick and just use the energy pushing off from the ground, coupled with the turn of your hips as you throw the kick. I think this is better also because you can bring your leg back quickly and easily. This is good also, if the kick misses. If you commit everything to the kick and he moves out of the way and counters..well that could be it.

@dirtycombattraining Your kick per se isn't crap, but it can be better! Less head motion, recruit your hips more and a little snappier.
