Great video thank you! How did the heim joint on the passenger's side fail?

@rev251 wish I knew for sure. These heim joints dont carry any kind of lubrication and the ball broke through the washers keeping it together. I use this cart for golf, and dont do a lot of rough terrain. But it also isnt only street driving. The cart rides pretty rough to begin with, I have never been happy with the suspension. Shortly after the heim joint broke, the front leaf spring snapped. Both occurred while I was on the cart path on the golf course.

This happened to my 2020 club car as well. This was replaced under original warranty however it is now out of warranty and this has happened again for the second time today. UGH!!!

Well I am glad you found a part! Mine came all the way drop shipped from Florida to Wyoming. Replaced both Heim Joints and the front leaf spring last season!

Russ I would love to, but Colorado Golf and Turf (dot com) ordered it and shipped it with part number asm-cfls. I think it was too rare in the moment/time period. You might reach out to them and check! Good luck!
