For a closet to become an occupied room (nursery) it must have ventilation. Closets aren't necessarily tapped in to the HVAC system. Also bedrooms must have a secondary egress for fire safety, and a closet.

Hi MaCenna, I really love your Reno so far! Watching you doing the decking boards, I thought about a product we have in Germany. These invisible decking fasteners clip into the groves of the boards and are screwed into the substructure. So concealing the screws with plugs isn't necessary anymore. Maybe you can look into this and possibly use this method on your back patio? May be worth the extra money if you save the time capping all the screws... :)

But also, as much as I LOVE Christmas, and obviously the tree and certain other things are clearly CHRISTMAS, MOST of my “Christmas” decorations are more wintery so I get to keep them up all winter which, is so much easier, but also makes me SORTA feel like I get to enjoy Christmas longer without being tacky about it and looking like the lazy person who just couldn’t be bothered to put her Christmas decorations away 🤣

In the US, I'd call your style Organic Modern + Situational Vintage. So, the base layer is Organic Modern, but the fun bits are Vintage that's influenced by the essence of the home. Another word that can describe things would be 'hygge'. From watching other creators' videos based in the Nordic countries, their style leans very: clean, simple, modern, COZY, vintage and homey. Other countries don't have access to the sheer amount of stuff that we do, so DIY and giving life to older objects is more of a way of life than it is here.
