Did the he rails bolt where the stock ones where?

The holes don't line up perfectly, so I just drilled out some hole on the new rails to match with the existing mounting hole on the roof.

Why 5 of one footset and 1 of the other?

The roof slopes down in the front. The 1 taller footset is used at very front to keep the entire rack level.

just installed the full rack on my excursion and love it. One Problem, ITS CRAZY LOUD. I don't have anything mounted to the rack right now. Any tips? I see you don't run a wind fairing either?

Dude I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm in the process of buying an excursion and I plan on building mine as an overland/bugout truck for my family and I. How do you like the excursion/any issues with it? And is the V10 model reliable?

Nice! More videos are coming. We love it. No major problems, just regular maintenance. The V10 is a really good motor, that motor is in a lot of different vehicles like heavy duty truck, motor homes, school buses etc. They are cheap and easy to work on, parts are available at pretty much any auto parts store in North America. The only down side is the gas milage, but even with that I would still pick the gas V10 over the diesel options, because of reliability and cost to maintain. I plan on doing a walk around video, but let me know if there something you would like to see I will try to squeeze it into a future video.
