WHAT HAPPENED??? Frontier used to be an amazing airline with hilarious commercials, now they're sub par with NO commercials! They've gotten rid of the seat back TV's and made the seats smaller, which I don't mind so much but bring back the TV's!

@xsarah791x I want to know what happened to frontier too. They used to make commercials.. they used to not charge for food and drinks and bags and seats but all that’s changed. There’s no WiFi no tv screens. And yes the seats are smaller. If it were up to me I would give my money to a more reputable airline.

I miss the old days like the 2000s back when Frontier was like JetBlue where they offer personal tvs, large trays, comfy seats that recline and have legroom, also complimentary snacks + drinks.

If I could take over frontier airlines, I would bring back seatback TVs and standard reclining seats with real tray tables, and free complimentary drinks and snacks across the entire fleet. Bring back the funny commercials as well.

@@samanthamartin9254 also the baggage model would be personal item plus a choice of a free carry on or checked bag, and bonus miles if you only brought a personal item. My seating of choice would be Acro series 6 recline with Panasonic IFE and adjustable headrests.

Bro last year with Frontier I got a direct flight between Ontario, California and Orlando, Florida (no other airline or airport in the LA/Orange County Metro did direct flight to Florida & back) for $39 each way plus baggage. It was an overnight flight to get there and an evening flight to get back but it totally beat spending an extra $600 on airfare only to overlay at another airport and take an extra four hours.

Ahh, back when Frontier was a good airline. Southwest has taken the crown for the best budget airline, which sucks because Frontier used to be my favorite. At least Southwest flies out of Midway. O'Hare kinda sucks.

I used to fly frontier til they went ultra low cost, and then eventually killed the unacompanied minor program,now i fly alaska, so smooth moves frontier. what happened to have to downgrade so much though, now your a slightly better spirit

I will never fly this airline again… just had my trip canceled within 1 hour of boarding. No reason no excuse no help they pushed us out of the room because are boarding passes were no longer valid. Me and the wife were renewing our vows and had to reschedule everything cost us thousands and all they handed us was a small piece of paper and they actually said it’s up to you to plan insurance on your trip. Please please guys don’t fly it’s not worth it.

Frontier sucks. I just flew from Orlando to LAX. Seats were the worst ever. Pilot made no announcements welcoming passengers. Once the stewardess were done serving snack, which you pay for, they just mostly hanged out in the back our front doing nothing. Why do you need lazy, no personality stewardess on cheap of the cheap airlines. Yea, ticket was cheap, but the whole experience on frontier is a joke. I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN. Oh, plane was dirty also.
