@@ottosimcrew I've ran both of those before. Real ones. Normally you would make several passes with the motor grader back and forth till it's good and level and on grade. Then you do the same with the compactor.

I actually tried off camera using the road grader but it was making too big of a pile of dirt with it so I just opted for the roller just to make an appearance of building a new road. Thank you for commenting and giving me the info on what the compactor is used for.

@@ottosimcrew Believe me in real life it's hard to learn to run. You would be surprised what that thing can do. It can even drive by a hill and slope it, blade tilts up at any angle. There's like up to 13 controls you have to move with 2 hands. In real life the trick is to just take a little at a time, because if you try and take to much at once the blade just digs in and buries itself. On the compactor you must make several passes, and you have to get it compacted good with the roller. Moving by curbs takes skill. It's hydrostatic. It tells you trust the ROPES system and do not jump off. Yeah I've run one right to the end of a cliff. If that hydraulic hose ever broke then, It's going over because no actual brakes. I'm jumping 😂

😂 the only construction equipment I’ve had available to use was a farm earth mover and an excavator which I enjoyed because we used it to build a levee and push over trees.
