Frontier OS27 Trailer Assembly (A Few Tips)

I have the OS 23....same exact set up. How do the 3/4 inch holes line up from the 3.5' piece joining brackets, and 7' pieces? Are there holes that get covered up? Do the end joining brackets overhang?

I am not at home right now to look at it, but I can't remember if there are some holes that get covered up. Some of the holes I know are not because you bolt the tracks to the brackets through those holes. Yes the end joining bracket overhangs so if you wanted to add more track there would be room to slide another one on, if that makes sense.
