I’ve had my saw for a couple yrs now and have it going all the time. Haven't had many issues except small ones. I love my OS23. I keep mine clean and maintained. I've had great service. I set and sharpen my own blades.

Thank you for your honesty. Far too many reviewers can't get past their pride & give an honest review. Your review, as well as others on KZbin, have dissuaded from going with any of the Frontier mills. I continue to see good things about Woodland Mills, and will likely pull the trigger on a HM126.

Brutal. This helped me decide to plunk down a deposit on a Woodland Mills instead. By many accounts I've seen recently, the Frontier seems to be a problematic mill with no support, and that support matters more than anything. Plus the HM126 I ordered ended up being a good bit cheaper than a Frontier too, I have a local guy who acts as a dealer for WM and he somehow gave me a better deal than buying direct from them!

I hope they have things in order now, been a year since you bought it. Good video.....Thanks. I have been thinking to buy one of these with the 10 hp motor.

Thank you for your video. Their poor support means I will not be buying one. Was looking at this, Norwood, and woodmizer.

So what you are saying is you will have to tweak this thing. A little locktite and a welder and you can make a good machine. You buy Chinese expect poor quality. After watching your video and the comment you made about the cover latch, it appears you are maxing out the machines capabilities, not the machines fault. As for other mills, they are all alike, just a different color. What ever you get, you will have issues. Nature of this type of equipment.

Very cool that you exposed the sorry company that makes that piece of crap....

I wish I had seen your review before I bought, I would not have. As it stands, the dang thing is being dropped off today. I just hope they fixed those issues because I don't want to have to need help from people that offered but don't give customer support or service. I will file a complaint with my CC to put a hold on paying them if I can.

They finally sent me new bunks, But I haven't gotten around to putting them on yet. It's been over a year since I bought mine. Hopefully they have it figured out now.

I see you put 1 Bunkers on wrong , 180 deg wrong and the other end has Logstop Bar holder holes for you. And I see a Bunker with idle bolt holes for a Logstop Bar holder. Like Frontier said, move the correct parts/Bunker, to the right place.

I can't stand it when people, that don't know shit try to tell me I put it together wrong. I looked the the image in the manual, look at illistration #4 ( at least in my manual). All of the bunks are identical. But mine weren't. I put all of the log stop holes on the one side of the track. I just didn't notice that 2 of them had the log stop holes on the wrong side of the bunk, that is why I hhad to put my log stops on upside down (the only way I could get a full width cut). I called frontier, and they said some bunks were manufactured incorrectly. They were going to ship me new ones. It took 6 months plus to get them. I was also short over 30 bolts, which doesn't make assembly easy.

I bought one a couple of year ago now. I regret buying it from day one. Made in China, all the bolts bunks and event the gal cable for the hight adjuster rusted. Today I moved it to a new location and tried to open the door and the whole thing broke off. Very poor product. I've also had issues getting a straight cut on hardwood timber. I wish I never bought it.

If it rusted you did not take care of it.

Sorry I am not a great public speaker. I did not make notes with all the weak points of the mill and the company. I was just ticked off about the whole mill, and the poor service, so I thought I would do a video to warn others. If you have one of their mills, make your own video, or buy one, because you think they are great.
