Our next interview is with Zhaoyao, who will give us more insight into his project MONODYN-A Masing-Based CPT Dynamic Model for Large-Diameter Monopiles Incorporating Scour Effects.
Based at the NGI - Norwegian Geotechnical Institute Offshore Energy Department and supervised by Professor Gudmund Eiksund at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Zhaoyao focuses on offshore pile foundations, scour, and soil improvement. His research uses # CPT data to enhance the design framework for monotonic and cyclic-loaded monopiles. 🌊🏗️
