The success of blitz goes to show just how many people do not enjoy wow arenas. Blitz have tons of major issues, but its a hope for something new for us PVPers. Not everyone wants to login and spend their entire time on wow try harding in arenas.

@attinger117 Yeah, it gets annoying having to drag the games out until the other team has no defensives left and dampening has kicked it for awhile. Healers are unkillable and so many DPS specs have bubble, full heals, or 10,000 escapes. Frost mages have all of the above plus they were given a massive knockback if you actually manage to stick to them for once.

I feel like I do more damage overall as UH but I KO people and see big numbers on screen easier as frost. I’m just getting into DK, so sick of playing warrior for the past 3 years

Thats how it goes, Unholy is all about spreading diseases, ramping up damage and maintaining high sustained damage. Frost is AoE Stuns and High Aoe/ST Burst windows. Both have their strengths, I think for Blitz both are good.

why are frost dk's getting such a low tier list rating by everyone? i'm having the most fun as frost dk (flark's endless winter build), and normally in the top 5 in blitz/bg, i don't get it. I've tried out unholy and it wasn't my bag, never has been but gave it another shot.

My build was slightly different from yours, more setup for smaller engagements, so I actually won a lot more on the maps that don't have 8v8 clashes (6v6 most of the time) but other than that the mechanics, and damage output have been the same. In the 1800-2k bracket it feels absolutely horrendous, you either get smashed, or smash them, when I was at 2.4-2.5k MMR bracket before I got the same two win traders on my team 5 games in a row, it felt a lot nicer, and cleaner, like it could go either way, and was fun, and sometimes it'll throw me into 1.5-1.7k MMR matches and I absolutely destroy them off the rip, I don't even need help, it's just too easy, because they aren't geared, or don't know how to play, I mean you're basically given free rating till you hit 1600 now aren't you? Without losing any. My thing is, the games where I lose, it's because the healers aren't killed, they're running around free casting, and I can't be the only one doing something about it, because they have two. I try to remind people that if the healers are pressured, people die, but it's like people have their chat turned off, don't care, or don't listen, and the games people listen, I just watch a healer go down my first obliterate, because he was at 20% hp as soon as I grip him into my first death ball. Then it's a free team fight, the enemy team is now tilted, and we've won the game, unless they get their stuff back together. I'm just curious if you have noticed this, or if there is anything that I can do about it. It's so irritating to load into a game, and then lose, because not a single time did a healer die on their team, Even on Silvershard mines, I'll catch a healer running to back up a cart, and i'll grip them, like you say, etc, drag them back a good distance, and then blind them alot of the times, and then keep CoI on them and beating on them trying to get CDs, then as soon as they're there I'll pop my aoe burst, and still won't die, and we lose the cart, and they had 20-30 seconds to kill people. Just to be clear, if i'm left to my own vices, and I were on that cart and there wasn't a healer healing them, the points tends to get cleared out pretty quick, I don't do a lot of damage, but I do big beefy damage all at once. So I might avg like 140m a game i'm not CC chained, they got kind of smart and started CC chaining me in my bracket and I tend to be the hard focus always, which i'm fine with, I can live for a minute, long enough to have an impact. I am just looking for advice when you can't rely on your teammates and more has to be done that only you can do. If I ever am able to accomplish all of these things in a game I 100% win. Kill a healer, clear points, and peel/keep people out of fights. As soon as I do that ONE time, it's easy to manage, but it's doing it once, because it is a lot to do in such a short period of time, before it becomes detrimental to your chance at winning. I have tried a few different things to try to increase my chances of winning with people who are just all in and smack the first person they see, but the moment I get 2-3 good dks/warrs who stack on top of each other, everything dies, single target, aoe, doesn't matter. Healers always die first, and it's just a ball of death. Maybe it's just the RNG, but any tips would be appreciated. Video is great for people to learn and understand their usage, and util and be able to accomplish more for their team than to just zug zug.

@@BasedChadman congrats man, there’s always unlucky games here and there but at the end of the day you’ll always end up at the rating you should be based on your skill in both game modes. You need to get some accountability realize YOU can improve

@@rmx33383 Have you ever played competitive, team-based games with objectives as the core? The base 1500 mmr means you will potentially have people who have never stepped foot in pvp in your games until you climb out of the bracket in which they are no longer able to queue into. You can't always carry a game by yourself.
