to the people saying the dk is being carried you have no idea how this comp works...dks counter casters and rets counter melee...rets right now are strong and in short matches when the ret has his cd's going he is going to pump out alot of dmg..but the dk has to pump dps while mitigating as much dmg as possible..theyve been playing this comp with each other years and to say one is carrying the other is dumb...im not saying dks couldnt use a few buffs or that rets arent a little overtuned but there still arent alot of people hitting rival as 2x dps as this comp

Disclaimer: I am bad. Trying to do 3s today (first shadowlands rated pvp for me) with a sub optimal comp was rough. Most games ended, win or loss, before I could push all my buttons. Then I had a KM oblit do like 3.6k damage to a mage and died a little inside. Had better luck with unholy. I'll try frost again if I have a team that suits chill streak setups better.

Simply, a lot of spells from BFA like reaping flames are % based and not "xoxo" health pool. Second reason, i caught myself going easy on people with lower health pools. Bad habit for survivability. Also boss phases are based on %

PvPing isn't hard, achieving Rival rank IS hard and takes skill beyond a certain ranking level. Anyone can PvP, but people who've mastered their classes and know all the others outperform in all PvP aspects once you hit higher ranks.

Go to Keybinds>Targeting>Change “Target nearest enemy player” to Tab. Then what I normally do is make Shift + Tab “Target nearest enemy”. Tab without shift will always target nearest enemy target and will rotate through near players. Shift + Tab will be good to target totems sometimes and used just out in the world to target mobs

My buddy and I are playing this combo and I seems to have to use defensives much earlier than both of you. We're both above 185ilvl in verse gear but I'm having to waste time as ret blowing bubbles early rather than straight dpsing like your buddy. Does he have any videos from his perspective or a twitch so I can see if there is anything I could be doing better as ret? Do you feel absolute zero is a must for this combo because that freeze from sindy seems like it would be really helpful and we don't have that.

Frost dk is so much fun, mained a frost dk and pretty much only played frost dk since cata. Have our stun, absolute zero, mf, grip, abomb limb etc gives us alot of control while we can smack for big dps in our oblit windows. So much fun

Its so fun! Honestly one of the strongest cc's in the game by far!

@@LastTryMedia A 3 second stun cc that allow's frost to set up (its strongest burst) that normally would require a WW or Shaman to achieve. Not to mention no target cap capable a cc'ing an entire team. They didn't allow it to stun in pvp with legion legendary because it was to strong. Also allows the ret to have 100% uptime during burst that normally would have wings kited or mitigated.

But playing as team means frost DK will be very good, as whole PVP is balanced as teams, while me as solo player i get trashed from time to time, cuz Frost is weak solo vs some classes. It sucks really we need the Legion type of DMG back or AT least to give us some other spells that can make us as Frost as challenging as some other classes.. Seems Blizzard is again retarded in balancing the fucking pvp... Btw which one Legendaries are the best, my money will go for the Frostwyrm fury that u used, as this was fucking OP in Legion, and the other one being the AMS one.. Obliterate buffed dmg can be also fine to have, but normally stuff liek the frsot dragon stun or the AMS are better then pure dmg... Sadly i saw the Legendaries on both Frost and UH, and seems UH have more cool stuff then we do... Abomination limb seems also good, but the fucking range should be like 15 yards, cuz some times they can run away, and that is BS, they should not be able to run easy away...

the frost dk really does nothing, its the pally carrying this team, even if hte damage is equal, alot of his damage is coming from irrelevant things, the pally is whats bursting them down, frost dk consistant dmg is easily mitigated or out healed, this goes to show u, how strong pally is atm. great teamwork, but if he was playing something else, they might win even harder
