A nice copperhead with an extra feature, the locking mechanism. The bolsters are nice, as is the bone. Pretty much a no-brainer to jump on this one. Thank you TK.

I know a lot of people "Look Down" on Frost knives, However this line of locking copperheads are of surprising quality/fitness! I have 5 of them of in varies series, I Love all of them & of course the "Trick-Lock" mechanism! Thanks for showing TK!

This locking mechanism is pretty ingenious! I have 2 of them, one blue jigged bone and one in mosaic stone, both are beautiful and work great! I've gotten a few duds from Frost, but my two copperheads were perfect.

Well, variety is good in the collection. Jolly Peanut has sold me on this pattern, too. I do have some Frosts - I appreciate their unusual patterns, and have had good luck with the quality. I’d hate that chunk missing under the scale, though. Their design esthetic is sometimes kinda weird on the jigging and bolsters. I like buying them on ebay, if you can get them cheaply enough. You see photos of the actual knife. Thanks for the closeup on the locking copperhead.

I have a Rough Rider I bought years ago with the same locking system, going to sound like a broken record but would like that in a single blade non locking version, those covers look pretty good to me.

I've seen the drunk guy on Cutlery Corner selling Frost knives a couple of times. I like it, it's the sort of knife I'd have bought in former times, only bought locking knives or ones with very stiff backsprings (Douk Douks, Sheffield knives ect) the exception being SAKs. Definitely a bit of a change for you, I don't think the drunk guy delivers to the UK, might be wrong though.

Not my favorite naming mechanism either, but it's kinda what Frost does and at some point it just started to make me chuckle.
