⬆Build planner link is in the description!⬆ I know the guide is LONG, but there is a lot to explain and apparently a lot of players aren't in endgame still, so that's why I made the video, so that newer players can get there too. Is it the highest DPS build in POE 2? Ofcourse not... but I have been enjoying the playstyle regardless! Hopefully it helps! 🙌

Cast of Freeze needs to be activated just like Frost Amour so check if you have the 60 Spirit required (but yes it was nerfed for normal mobs but somewhat still works for bosses)

yeah I have 100 spirit, I also dropped my skeletal frost mage, and all of the support gems that have spirit as well, but it still wouldn't activate for me. its fine cuz I like arctic armour for the freezing effect when enemies try to attack me.

Dunno why evryone crying about frost mage, yeah devs nerfed cast on freeze to some extent now it procs only once in a while, but still works, Im in act 2 cruel, I stromed act 1 cruel with easy breeez. Now in act 2 same. Maybe Im not so fast as Spark mages because frost bolt is quite slow and sends only few projectiles, but I'm just freezing everyone on the first ball and finishing with snap, big groups or chunky monsters use wall and comet manually, also Im using Wand and summoner staff at the same time. Skeletal warriors are best meat shields and giving me spare room and protection

I love the fact that people complained about there builds getting nerfed (because they were using broken/OP builds) but im over here with my Frost Sorc untouched lol. the playstyle is a bit slower but freezing blazing fast enemies that come in to view is HUGE so you dont get swarmed and being able to range elites/magic mobs with comet at a distance is super fun! 😂

What about spell cascade on ice nova to have a wider area to hit the frost bolts?

yeah you could do that, there's so many combinations that it really depends on what you want. I just like being able to cast more comets since that is our main source of DPS and nova is already great at getting enemies frozen quickly so that's why i put it on comet instead. But its not a bad idea though! might have to try it. 🙌

I have equips with critical chance how do i know if i hit a crit?

honestly, not too sure, I wish I could see damage numbers on the screen to see if I am actually critting lol. maybe theres a setting that I missed.

That’s a lot of work to do 1 simple thing. Kill monsters. Cof comet was fun in an arpg. Mapping without sustained damage sucks. Treating each pack like a boss is why people are pissed about the nerf less than a week after release. You guys want to take 45 sec to do what lightning arrow does in 1 second have at it. Hope ggg doesn’t ggg this game like poe1 over 13 years. But wait they ggg’d it less than week after release lol.

Also most of us play these games for fun. Key word fun. Not to make videos or stream in front of a bunch of mouthy spoiled twats. So when ggg, ggg’s their own game based on their pompous vision it pisses people off. They made the game they do something that’s actually fun then take it away. Great vision. How’s your res cap?
