Hey my boots were wet all day today I couldn’t get around how many socks I went through but stayed wet anyhow was snowing conditions as well. Bottoms of feet are see throughish white and has dark circles spread out that are shiny and itchy. My gate in my walk is different without feeling different. What steps should I take? Should I call someone?

Solution = live in Indonesia
@MedicalCentric3 ай бұрын
@Inovatornotimitator Living in a warmer climate like Indonesia can definitely help avoid frostbite, which occurs when skin and underlying tissues freeze due to extreme cold. In tropical environments, the risk of frostbite is minimal, allowing for more comfortable outdoor activities year-round. If you have concerns about frostbite or cold exposure, it’s always good to find ways to stay warm in colder climates or avoid those conditions altogether!

@highlander723 I'm really sorry if my response wasn’t helpful or caused any frustration. For superficial frostbite, it’s important to rewarm the affected area carefully. The best approach is to use **warm (not hot) water**-around 98.6-104°F (37-40°C)-to gradually rewarm the area. Avoid using dry heat, such as heating pads, as they can cause burns or further damage to the tissue. If you're unsure or the condition worsens, it's important to seek medical attention as soon as possible to prevent further complications. Again, I apologize for any confusion or frustration caused, and I truly appreciate your patience in addressing the situation.
