I would like to see a progressive video on opioids and treatments such as methadone subutex, suboxone. Also physiology of addiction and reward pathway ion brain. I feel like most providers and nurses dont know anything about these topics and since we are experiencing an opioid epidemic due in part to doctors overprescribing and misprescribing. Also, important to address how people who use opioids require more pain meds than the average person and doctors shy away from this now since the pendulum has swung the other way and people have to suffer in pain.

I do so love you guys! Might I ask for something on the 'proper' way to taper off drugs like Effexor XR (venlafaxine) and Zoloft (sertraline)? We always hear that these drugs should be tapered off, but even the company that makes them has no suggestions on just how that should be done. Primary care physicians are also often at a loss. So...if you can help lay out a good regimen for tis, you'll be helping a lot of people. Again...many thanks!
