How do these measure up to Perry Miniatures infantry for size? I'm looking at these for Militia Mobs for KOW

+Fraser Keetley I've only had experience with the Napoleonic range from Perry but I would say they line up pretty well. The Frostgrave miniatures are on the slightly bulkier scale however.

I think they would make great pilgrims but also even better men at arms due to their gambeson outfits and helmets.

Love these minis. Have you painted any of this range? If so, how does paint take to this material?

+G.Ambulance.Service I've not painted any of the plastic Frostgrave miniatures but they are cast by Renedra who also produce some of the Mantic plastics, some of which I have painted. The renedra cast miniatures take paint really nicely. I mentioned that some of details are a little 'soft' in the sense that their aren't many hard corners so this means that highlights can be a little trickier to achieve. But the overall they are nice miniatures to paint :)

What kind of bases did you use for these models? They look different from the thin round bases that come with.

They're just the ones that come attached to legs on the sprue. You can snip them off though a use regular round bases if you prefer.

Just built ten of these to start me off with game. Also got 2x wizard apprentice sets. These are much better quality than the characters. And a lot cheaper

If you want wizards, the Frostgrave Wizards sets are both my favourite sets on the market.

No idea if you're still following comments on this vid, which is now three years old, but if you are, here's a question. It LOOKS like the kit includes four identical sprue frames. Is this the case, or is there more than one different sprue? I notice a few sellers on eBay selling single frames, and I can't tell for sure if there are different frames in the kit, or just four of the same one. In any case, this is a great, concise unboxing/review, and I will definitely be subscribing based on it.
